Argentina’s Lautaro Martinez is the odds-on favorite to win top goalscorer, with the Inter Milan man on four goals.
The first two of Martinez’s goals came off the bench in the group stage, first against Canada and then an 88th-minute winner against Chile. He scored both of Argentina’s goals in a 2-0 victory over Peru in their final group stage match.
Uruguay marksman Darwin Nunez is the only other player shorter than 10/1 to win the award, having scored twice in the group stage against Panama and Bolivia. Despite Uruguay losing in the semifinals, he has a chance to boost his tally in the third-place game against Canada.
Julian Alvarez of Argentina and Luis Diaz of Colombia are next in the odds with two goals each in the tournament.
Argentina attacker Lionel Messi and Colombia forward Jhon Cordoba are next in the odds. Messi opened his tournament account in Argentina's semifinal win over Canada, while Cordoba has two goals on the tournament.
Further back in the odds are Uruguay's Maximiliano Araujo and Colombia's Jefferson Lerma, each on two goals.
