There are two fixtures taking place in Ligue 1 on Saturday afternoon, including title-chasing Marseille's trip to mid-table Clermont Foot.
Before that contest at 20:00 there is also the 16:30 clash between table-toppers Paris Saint-Germain and Monaco at Stade Louis II, in what promises to be an intriguing day of French top-flight football.
Christophe Galtier's PSG side were knocked out of the Coupe de France along the coast at Marseille on Wednesday evening and they will be eager to respond on their return to league action.
Any slip up from Les Parisiens will present second-place Marseille with the opportunity to chip away at the eight-point lead PSG have ahead of Saturday's fixtures.

PSG do look like they will have too much for the rest of the field when it comes to the title race this season but they have certainly been put under increased pressure since the season resumed.
Wednesday’s loss at the Velodrome could be significant, in that their nearest league challengers got the better of them in the Coupe de France and will take that confidence into the remainder of the season.
Without Kylian Mbappe, PSG are missing that searing pace up top and while Lionel Messi and Neymar are obviously capable of delivering the goods, they do miss the Frenchman's unique threat.
Up next is a trip to an in-form Monaco, who are seeking to get back into the Champions League next season and are going the right way about achieving that goal.
Philippe Clement's men are fourth in the table, unbeaten in their last seven league matches and have been finding the back of the net on a regular basis - bagging 19 times during this impressive run.
The two sides drew earlier this season and that might be the most likely result here as PSG seek to not allow teams to chase them, with a share of the spoils priced at 12/5 in Full Time Result.
In-form Neymar to score once more
There will be other things to look out for at the Stade Louis II, with former Monaco star Mbappe's injury putting more of the onus on Messi and Neymar, though you can't say the duo don't know how to handle the pressure.
Brazilian forward Neymar, still the most expensive player in the world at a shade under £200million, has been in typically excellent form this season, scoring 22 in 31 for club and country.
The 31-year-old has scored in each of his last two and also found the net against Monaco in the reverse meeting earlier this season, so at 12/5 in Anytime Goalscorers there may be a temptation to back him again.

Marseille are the best of the rest in Ligue 1 this season and, after finishing second in two of the last three campaigns, there is still some hope they can claw back the eight-point gap to PSG.
Form-wise, Igor Tudor's men have been in fine fettle since the World Cup, winning five of their last seven games in Ligue 1.
They did suffer a bump in the road last week, going down 3-1 at home to Nice, but the result against PSG on Wednesday in the Coupe de France will have boosted confidence levels again.
While Marseille should have enough strength to beat Clermont, recent statistics suggest they might have to wait until the second-half to start firing.
Clermont are likely to be on the back foot and could seek to soak up pressure in the early stages, making it hard for Marseille to create.
In their last six games, Les Olympiens have scored 11 goals but only two of them have come in the first-half, which suggests the second-half may be more fruitful for them and backing the 10/3 on Draw-Marseille in Half Time/Full Time could be fruitful.
Tudor's men might have to be patient
That was the case back in August, when Pape Gueye scored the only goal after 49 minutes.
Marseille have lost only one game this season to a team in the bottom half of the table - a 3-1 defeat against Ajaccio in October - and now face a Clermont side without a win in their last three.
Les Lanciers have failed to score in any of those winless matches and only four teams have a poorer record of scoring than them this season.
The last three meetings between the sides have finished with a result to zero so 7/4 for Marseille To Win to Nil may be the best bet.
