Hunter Renfrow is the latest wide receiver to secure a lucrative contract extension this off-season after the Las Vegas Raiders reportedly agreed a two-year, $32million extension with him that will pay $21m in guaranteed money.
Renfrow, 33/1 to finish with the most regular season receiving yards, will form one of the most exciting receiving duos in the league next year after the Raiders' off-season addition of 11/1 Davante Adams via a trade with the Green Bay Packers.
Renfrow makes breakthrough with Raiders
Renfrow is coming off a breakout Pro Bowl campaign in which he hauled in 103 catches for 1,038 yards and nine touchdowns.
The 2019 fifth-round pick was set to play out the final year of his rookie deal on a modest base salary of just over $2.5m, but can now relax in the knowledge that the Raiders are fully aware of his true value to the team..
Whether he remains Derek Carr's favourite target remains to be seen, however, with Vegas new boy Adams an old college team-mate of the quarterback's from Fresno State and the two known to be friends off the field too.

Speaking about his new team-mate after the Raiders' final minicamp practice on Thursday, and before the extension was first reported, Adams was fulsome in his praise of Renfrow.
Adams full of praise for Renfrow
"I've been around a lot of people like Hunter, but there's never been a fourth-year with the type of football acumen that he has," Adams told reporters, via USA Today.
"His awareness and understanding why he does certain things...because there's people out there with a lot of talent, but they can't sit there and break it down and tell you why they did what they did with their footwork or the next rep, why they tweaked it a little bit because of a look they had.
"So it's actually fun being with someone who's a lot like me mentally in the way that he approaches the game and the way I attack it."
