Much is yet to be decided across Europe's top leagues heading into May and another bumper weekend in Germany, Italy, Spain and France begins with key contests on Friday night.
The likes of Borussia Dortmund and Lyon are in action and we have picked out four matches on Friday with a four-fold accumulator giving odds of 26/1.
Borussia Dortmund to win & both teams to score v Bochum @ 7/4
Monza to beat Spezia @ 8/5
Osasuna or draw double chance v Real Sociedad @ 8/13
Lyon to beat Strasbourg @ 11/8
Odds were correct at time of writing and are subject to change.
What | Bochum v Borussia Dortmund |
Where | Vonovia Ruhrstadion |

Odds | Bochum 9/2, Draw 4/1, Borussia Dortmund 1/2 |
It is one of the most enthralling Bundesliga title races in recent years and Borussia Dortmund can keep their foot on the pedal when they clash with Bochum on Friday night.
Die Schwarzgelben go into this weekend with a one-point lead at the top of the table after they hammered Eintracht Frankfurt 4-0 last time out, on the same day that Bayern Munich slipped to a 3-1 defeat against Mainz.
And while Bayern have stuttered since appointing Thomas Tuchel as their new manager, Dortmund are in this position on their own merit, having won 11 of their 14 matches in the Ruckrunde - the second half of the season.
They have scored 17 goals in their last five matches, although they have kept only one clean sheet in their last seven games.
Bochum are fighting for their lives at the bottom of the table and, although they were thrashed 5-1 by Wolfsburg last time out and will likely lose this contest, they should get on the scoresheet in defeat.
Both teams to score can be backed at 7/4.
What | Spezia v Monza |
Where | Alberto Picco |
When | 19.45, Friday 28th April 2023 |
How to watch | bet365 European Soccer Live Streaming Highlights, BT Sport 1 |
Odds | Spezia 7/4, Draw 23/10, Monza 8/5 |
Monza fans can have few complaints about their club's maiden season in Serie A, with the club having established themselves in the mid-table positions and at 8/5 they are a decent bet to overcome relegation-threatened Spezia.
One could argue that this is a tricky match to pin down given that Spezia have more to play for right now, as they battle against the drop, but Monza have looked far from complacent recently.
They are on a three-game unbeaten run in the league, having followed up a 2-2 draw with Udinese with big wins over Inter Milan and Fiorentina - and a place in the top half of the table is still very much up for grabs.
Their security in the division means they can play with a bit of freedom and that should suit a side who have scored a respectable 38 goals in 31 Serie A games this season.
Man City 6/5 to win the treble after thrashing Premier League leaders Arsenal
Ollie Watkins 11/8 to score 20+ Premier League goals
What | Osasuna v Real Sociedad |
Where | El Sadar |
When | 20.00, Friday 28th April 2023 |
How to watch | bet365 European Soccer Live Streaming Highlights, Viaplay Sports & LaLigaTV |
Odds | Osasuna 5/2, Draw 21/10, Real Sociedad 5/4 |
Real Sociedad are on course to finish in the Champions League places in La Liga this season, but recent performances have still been lacking and punters should not rush to back them in Friday night's trip to El Sadar.
With goals having been an issue for the Basque outfit in the last couple of months, Sociedad have picked up only three wins in their last 12 games.
All three of those victories came at the Anoeta - against Elche, Getafe and Rayo Vallecano - and they could struggle on the road against Osasuna.
The hosts still have an outside shot of making the European places in Spain this season and their hunger is clear to see with three wins recorded in their last four games and seven goals scored in the process.
Key forward Ezequiel Avila is back in the squad and at 8/13 they are a worthwhile bet to avoid defeat in Pamplona against Sociedad.
What | Strasbourg v Lyon |
Where | Stade de la Meinau |
When | 20.00, Friday 28th April 2023 |
Odds | bet365 European Soccer Live Streaming Highlights, BT Sport 2 |
How to watch | Strasbourg 15/8, Draw 5/2, Lyon 11/8 |
Strasbourg recorded a shock 2-0 win on the road to Reims last Sunday, but they may struggle to repeat the feat when they welcome Lyon to the Stade de la Meinau on Friday.
That win was key in Strasbourg's battle against relegation and, although four teams are set to go down to Ligue 2 this season, it is only really the final spot which is yet to be decided.
Strasbourg are therefore not out of the woods yet and they could suffer a setback at the hands of Lyon, who have been going pretty well in Ligue 1 in April.
Although the month featured defeat to Nantes in the French Cup semi-finals, Lyon managed to win against PSG, Rennes and Toulouse before losing 2-1 to Marseille last time out.
That defeat was, however, no disgrace given Marseille's excellent away record and they only won by virtue of a 92nd-minute own goal from Malo Gusto.
Lyon look sharp right now and are a great bet to win at 11/8.
