Liverpool have been handed a tough draw against Real Madrid in the Last 16 of the Champions League, in a repeat of last season's final.
Jurgen Klopp's side lost the Paris Final in May 1-0 against the La Liga giants but they will get a chance for revenge in the First Knockout Round this season, having been paired with Los Blancos in Monday's draw.
The Reds, who finished second behind Napoli in Group A and are for outright Champions League glory, will host Real at Anfield in the first leg in February before a trip to the Spanish capital in the return game in March, with the exact dates yet to be confirmed.
It will be a difficult test over two games against the record 14-time European champions for Liverpool who have been inconsistent in the Premier League so far this term but they did progress comfortably in their group, winning five of their six matches after losing the opener 4-1 against Napoli.
Real, who are 12/1 to win the competition again, finished top of Group F, ahead of RB Leipzig, after winning four of their six matches, losing one and drawing the other. Carlo Ancelotti's side are currently second in La Liga, two points behind rivals Barcelona, but they play their game in hand against Rayo Vallecano on Monday night.
Both Chelsea and Tottenham also face difficult last-16 opponents as the Blues have been drawn against Bundesliga giants Borussia Dortmund and Spurs will play Serie A champions AC Milan.
Chelsea are away first, after they topped Group E, as they face a Dortmund outfit who finished second in Group G behind Manchester City.
Tottenham edged out Eintracht Frankfurt to win Group D and their reward in the last 16 is a trip to the San Siro first to take on Milan, who finished second in Group E, behind Chelsea.
City, meanwhile, will be pleased to have been paired with German side RB Leipzig as they continue to hunt a first Champions League title and, following the draw, they are the favourites to win this season's competition.
The Bundesliga team were second behind Real in Group F but are down in sixth in their domestic table, six points adrift of leaders Bayern Munich.
Speaking of Bayern, they will take on Paris Saint-Germain in another blockbuster last-16 showdown. A repeat of the 2020 final sees the Group C winners go up against the Group G runners-up with the first leg in Paris before the return in Munich.
PSG are 5/4 to win the first game, the draw is 11/4 and a Bayern victory at the Parc des Princes is available at 9/5. PSG are 9/1 to finally win the Champions League this season, Bayern are on offer at 7/1.
Elsewhere, Napoli go to reigning Europa League champions Eintracht Frankfurt in the first leg of their last-16 tie, while Inter Milan host Porto first and Club Brugge are at home to Portuguese giants Benfica in the first leg.
The Champions League last-16 first legs will take place on 14th, 15th, 21st or 22nd February, with the second legs spread out between 7th and 8th and 14th and 15th March.
