The following 16 teams have qualified for the Champions League knockout rounds, with the group winners seeded and runners-up unseeded for the upcoming draw:

The eight seeded group stage winners will be drawn against one of the eight unseeded group stage runners-up.
The seeded sides will have the advantage of playing the first-leg away from home, with the second-leg in front of their home fans.
Teams from the same country or group stage section are not permitted to be drawn against one another at this stage.
The Champions League last 16 first-leg ties will be played on February 14, 15, 21 and 22 in 2023. The return leg ties will be played on March 7, 8, 14 and 15.
