Cologne and Wolfsburg are both difficult teams to pin down in the Bundesliga and, when they lock horns on Saturday, punters should steer clear of a result bet and opt for goals.
When these sides clashed in September, Cologne took the spoils 4-2 in a humdinger at the Volkswagen Arena and, while Wolfsburg's league matches have featured an average of 3.19 goals per game this term, Cologne's have featured an average of 3.14.
Cologne and Wolfsburg both suffered 3-0 defeats at the hands of Stuttgart and Leipzig respectively last time out and will be after responses, so expect a high-intensity encounter at the Rhein Energie Stadion, where both teams to score and over 2.5 goals looks worth a bet at 11/10.
What | Leipzig v Eintracht Frankfurt |
Where | Red Bull Arena |
When | 14.30, Saturday 25th February 2023 |

Odds | Leipzig 7/10, Draw 3/1, Eintracht Frankfurt 18/5 |
Leipzig and Eintracht Frankfurt are in the mix for the European places in the Bundesliga this term but the formbook favours one side over the other.
Frankfurt come into this match having won only three of their last seven matches and that streak featured a 3-0 loss to Cologne in their most recent Bundesliga away match.
They became the latest team to feel the wrath of Napoli in the Champions League on Tuesday, losing 2-0 and managing only one shot on target in that game.

Frankfurt also saw star forward Randal Kolo Muani sent off against the runaway Serie A leaders and the striker picked up a knock in the challenge he made which prompted the red card.
While he could miss out in this one, Leipzig could be welcoming back their top scorer Christopher Nkunku and they look a solid bet at 7/10 to win this match.
What | Hoffenheim v Borussia Dortmund |
Where | Rhein-Neckar Arena |
When | 14.30, Saturday 25th February 2023 |
How to watch | European Soccer Live Streaming Highlights |
Odds | Hoffenheim 3/1, Draw 16/5, Borussia Dortmund 3/4 |
Hoffenheim parted ways with Andre Breitenreiter earlier this month but, since replacing him with Pellegrino Matarazzo, not a lot has changed for the club who are yet to pick up a win in 2023 and find themselves hovering above the Bundesliga relegation zone.
They are worth opposing at home to Borussia Dortmund, who have had a starkly contrasting start to the year, having won all eight of their competitive matches since returning from the winter break.
Six of those wins came in the Bundesliga, propelling Die Schwarzgelben back into contention for the title and, with Bayern Munich and Union Berlin clashing on Sunday, Dortmund have the opportunity to go top, at least temporarily, with a win or draw in this match.
That should be no issue given the form of the hosts, who are also missing key personnel in Jacob Bruun Larsen and Robert Skov, whereas Dortmund seem to be firing on all cylinders and have seen winger Julian Brandt in particular hit a rich vein of form.
What | Werder Bremen v Bochum |
Where | Weserstadion |
When | 14.30, Saturday 25th February 2023 |
How to watch | European Soccer Live Streaming Highlights |
Odds | Werder Bremen 1/1, Draw 14/5, Bochum 13/5 |
Werder Bremen are not renowned for being a tough team to beat on their own patch with the club winning only four of their 11 league matches at the Weserstadion this season but they are worth a bet a 1/1 to defeat travel-sick Bochum on Saturday.
With only one Bundesliga draw to their name this season, Bochum have generally gone from one extreme to the other, although more often than not they have disappointed with 14 defeats sustained in 21 matches.
They have lost five of their last six matches in all competitions and have been particularly poor on the road this term, losing 10 of their 11 away games in the Bundesliga.
Bremen marksman Niclas Fullkrug has been a revelation this season with 13 league goals to his name and, although his form has dipped recently, this is a great chance to get back on track, so he is worth consideration at 11/8 to score anytime.
Ultimately, though, Bochum's poor form, woeful away record and the fact they will be without suspended captain Anthony Losilla points to a Werder Bremen win at 1/1.
