In perhaps the most startling result of this Premier League season so far, Liverpool's 7-0 demolition of fierce rivals Manchester United has added to growing confidence in the Anfield camp that the Merseysiders can retain their place in the Champions League next term.

Liverpool's attacking firepower could just prove the difference in the race for the top four, with attacking trio Mo Salah, Cody Gakpo and Darwin Nunez all remarkably registering braces in the 7-0 blitz of Manchester United at the weekend.
Nunez's double takes the Uruguayan's Premier League tally to eight for this season since his big money transfer from Benfica last summer, with increasing signs the 23-year-old is beginning to fully click into gear in front of goal having missed a host of big chances during his debut campaign at Anfield.
Currently on eight Premier League goals, Nunez is priced at 6/4 to score 15 or more goals this season, and 12/1 to register 20 or more.
The extent to which Nunez and the array of top attacking talent at Klopp's disposal can continue the form demonstrated against United at the weekend will likely determine where the Reds ultimately end up in the Premier League table come May.
