After one of the most dramatic play-off games of all time, Sheffield Wednesday booked their place at Wembley, where they'll contest a South Yorkshire derby with Barnsley.
A shocking run of form throughout March and April saw Wednesday fall out of the automatic promotion places, and despite finishing the season with four straight wins, the Owls lost the first leg of the play-offs 4-0.
But a stirring comeback in which Wednesday scored two first-half goals, finally finding the equaliser in the 98th minute to force extra time, they eventually got over the line after a penalty shoot-out.
After the top three who'd contested the automatics all season, it was Barnsley who finished best of the rest, and having beaten Wednesday twice already this season, they'll surely be full of confidence going into the Wembley showpiece.
