The UFC's first numbered card of the year will see the middleweight title on the line between Sean Strickland and Dricus Du Plessis.
The bad blood between the pair spilled over long before fight week, with both fighters coming to blows in the crowd at UFC 296 and various verbal barbs exchanged since.
Saturday will be Strickland's first defence of the UFC middleweight title since his shock win over Israel Adesanya, and it will be the first middleweight title fight not containing Adesanya since 2018.
Raquel Pennington - so long one of the nearly-women in the UFC - gets her second shot at a title. Rocky's lost five UFC fights in her career, but all have come to fighters who've held UFC gold around their waist, one of which came against Amanda Nunes in 2018 for the bantamweight title.
She's up against Mayra Bueno Silva, undefeated in her last four fights and is favourite to take the vacant bantamweight title.
Adam Catterall runs through the two title fights and the rest of the main card at UFC 297.
