Tyson Fury v Francis Ngannou Tips & Predictions

Bob Arum
Tyson Fury's promoter

The biggest challenge is if Tyson Fury takes him (Francis Ngannou) lightly, because I've watched his MMA fights and he's a tremendous puncher. This fight can go the other way if Tyson isn't fully prepared.

Francis Ngannou to win the fight - 8/1

Fabio Wardley
Professional boxer

I think it's a great fight, it's interesting isn't it? I think we love these ones, these little anomalies, there's question marks in different places of what's Francis Ngannou going to be like actually boxing? What's Tyson Fury going to be like if he gets caught? I think all the question marks around the fight are what make it so intriguing, so I'm just buzzing for the main event, buzzing to be a part of it.

Tyson Fury to win by KO, TKO or Disqualification - 2/11

Dave Coldwell
Boxing trainer

I might have bought into it a little bit! Ngannou punches so hard, so what if he does land on Tyson Fury. I've seen footage of him (Ngannou) on the pads and he's slow as f***, he's genuinely so slow. So realistically, how is he going to land on Tyson? I don't care how hard he is, unless Fury decides to put on a bit of a show, because he's a bit of a show man, and he switches off and he gets caught - he should have no chance really. Stick some ten ounce gloves on him and his powers are not going to be the same, it's not going to be the same. It's different and so, even if he does catch him, does the Ngannou shot still have the same effect?

Francis Ngannou to win by KO, TKO or Disqualification - 9/1

Matthew Macklin
Boxing pundit

Deontay Wilder couldn't take Fury out, you know what I mean, and he did hit him, he caught him - he had him down! But, he still couldn't do it, so I don't think it's a fair lead, yeah. I think Tyson Fury will go in there and just do whatever he wants to do.

Tyson Fury to win by Knockout - 11/4
