Xabi Alonso

The former head coach of Bayer Leverkusen and Real Madrid, Xabi Alonso is regarded as one of the most exciting and promising managers in European football.

Alonso led Bayer Leverkusen to an invincible Bundesliga title in the 2023-24 season - their first in the club's history - alongside winning the DFB-Pokal to complete a domestic double.

He made a dream move to former club Real Madrid in the summer of 2025, but after struggling to make an impact with Los Blancos, he was relieved of his duties after just seven months in charge and is currently unemployed.
