The heavyweight tussle is the second fight on the Last Crescendo fight card as part of Riyadh Season this weekend.
After back-to-back victories over Joe Joyce, 41-year-old Zhang lost to Joseph Parker via a majority decision in March 2024.
Despite bouncing back by defeating Deontay Wilder inside five rounds in June, Zhang is the underdog against Kabayel this weekend.
WBC number one contender Kabayel has won all 25 of his professional fights, with 17 of those coming via knockout.
Kabayel is 7/4 to win the fight inside the distance, while the same outcome for Zhang is available at 11/5.
