Most Drivers' Titles
Brendon Hartley, Sebastian Buemi - 4
Brendan Hartley and Sebastien Buemi share the record for most titles having achieved four each, two of which were on the same team.
The duo, who previously featured in Formula 1 for Toro Rosso, achieved back-to-back successes in 2022 and 2023 with Toyota Gazoo Racing in the Hypercar class.
Hartley landed his other two titles with Porsche in 2015 and 2017, which are sandwiched by Buemi's successes in 2014 and 2018/9, both of which were with Toyota.
Most Manufacturers' Titles
Toyota - 7
There might be an asterisk next to this as three of Toyota's titles landed during the Hypercar championship from 2018 to 2021, but the Japanese constructor remain the most successful team in the Manufacturers' Championship.
Most wins (by a driver)
Sebastien Buemi - 28
Four-time WEC champion Buemi holds the record for most victories with 28, three clear of his Toyota accomplice Hartley in second.
Buemi's featured in every campaign of the World Endurance Championship since 2013 and won races in all but three of his 12 seasons.
