1983 World Darts Champion Keith Deller MBE has picked out an 18/1 Bet Builder for the World Darts Championship third round match between Damon Heta and Luke Woodhouse.
Damon Heta v Luke Woodhouse
Friday 27th December (12:45)
Ninth seed Damon Heta overcame the increasingly impressive Connor Scutt to book his place in the last 32, whilst Luke Woodhouse produced one of the shocks of the second round to beat World Grand Prix champion Mike De Decker.
It may not have been the match we were expecting to see in the last 32, but believe me, it promises to be a cracker!
Heta was so close to landing nine-dart perfection in is victory over Scutt, wiring double 12, and I am fancying the 180s to continue to rain here for the Australian.
Because of that I will be taking him to land the most maximums, as well as including Over 15.5 180s in the match between the two players.
Heta is equally as adept with his finishing, and, again, I am taking him to land the highest finish in the match - we have already seen him take a couple of 140+ outs in his second round victory.
The biq questions is who will prevail?
Well, I also fancy Heta, but Woodhouse - who is growing in stature and confidence all the time - could well push him the full distance.
I certainly see this one going at least six sets, if not the full seven.
