The World Cup round of 16 is all set set as Colombia became the last team to scrape their way through the round of 32 with victory over Ghana.
Favourites France secured a comfortable passage into the next round where they join the likes of England and Brazil, but the Netherlands and Germany were sent packing on penalties by Morocco and Paraguay respectively.

Confirmed round of 16 fixtures
Canada v Morocco - Saturday 4th July, 18:00 (BST)
Co-hosts Canada will kick off the round of 16 as they did the round of 32 when they take on Morocco. Both sides scored stoppage-time goals last time out with Morocco ultimately needing penalties to beat the Netherlands in Guadalupe.
Paraguay v France - Saturday 4th July, 22:00 (BST)
Paraguay pulled off one of the upsets of the World Cup in beating Germany on penalties, and deservedly so. France meanwhile are yet to score fewer than three goals in any of their World Cup games and are looking increasingly dangerous.
Brazil v Norway - Sunday 5th July, 21:00 (BST)
Brazil had to come from behind to beat Japan with a last-gasp goal, while Norway themselves left it late to beat Ivory Coast last time out.
Mexico v England - Monday 6th July, 01:00 (BST)
One of the ties of the round sees co-hosts Mexico welcome England to the famous Azteca Stadium, where they boast a formidable record.
Portugal v Spain - Monday 6th July, 20:00 (BST)
Portugal and Spain will lock horns on the global stage once again after winning their respective last 32 ties. Goncalo Ramos netted a dramatic 94th minute winner as Portuguese eliminated Croatia, while Spain enjoyed a routine win over Austria.
USA v Belgium - Tuesday 7th July, 01:00 (BST)
The United States weren't overly tested by Bosnia and Herzegovina, and should face a sterner challenge from Belgium, particularly without Folarin Balogun. Belgium were the latest side to score late on to keep their World Cup hopes alive, beating Senegal 3-2 after extra time.
Argentina v Egypt - Tuesday 7th July, 17:00 (BST)
Argentina were expected to secure a comfortable win against World Cup debutants Cape Verde in the round of 32, but Lionel Scaloni's side made hard work of it and needed extra-time to emerge victorious. They'll take on Mohamed Salah's Egypt in the last 16 after their penalty shootout win over Australia in the round of 32.
Switzerland v Colombia - Tuesday 7th July, 21:00 (BST)
Switzerland hardly had to break a sweat to overcome Algeria in convincing 2-0 fashion last time out, and they'll play a Colombia side who defeated Ghana 1-0 to reach the last 16.
