He also weighed in with two assists, but it wasn't enough as Germany lost to Italy in the last-four.
Klose's teammate Bastian Schweinsteiger found the net twice but he also registered four assists during the tournament.
World Cup winner Francesco Totti also contributed four assists along with a goal as Italy became world champions.
