Who has won the most Women's World Matchplay titles?

Beau Greaves (two)

Beau Greaves leads the way with the most Women's World Matchplay titles, having won the competition on two occasions.

She didn't participate in the inaugural edition, but would cap off her debut campaign with a 6-1 final win over Mikuru Suzuki, lifting her first title.

She was able to retain the title the following year, defeating the winner of the maiden competition, Fallon Sherrock, 6-3 in the final, becoming the first and only player to win the competition twice.

Beau Greaves' 6-1 final victory over Mikuru Suzuki remains the biggest victory we have seen in the competition, averaging an impressive 79.85 across the seven legs.

Lisa Ashton's 4-0 win over Chloe O'Brien, Beau Greaves's 4-0 victory over Noa-Lynn van Leuven and Fallon Sherrock's 4-0 triumph over Anastasia Dobromyslova remain the only whitewashes we have seen in the competition so far.

87.41 - Beau Greaves (2024)

Beau Greaves earned back-to-back Women's World Matchplay titles when she defeated Fallon Sherrock in the 2024 final.

She recorded an extraordinary 87.41 three-dart average across the tournament, with her highest average coming in the final.

Her form in the campaign seemed to improve as she progressed, averaging 75.46 in the quarter-final, 88.02 in the semi-final and 98.75 in the final.

Beau Greaves boasts the highest match three-dart average at the competition, with her 98.75 tally likely to take some beating.

What makes the 98.75 average more impressive, is that Greaves recorded this score when pressure is at it's highest, in a 6-3 final victory over Fallon Sherrock .

Sherrock still managed an 87.60 three-dart average that match, an average which was bettered just twice in the whole tournament.
