Wimbledon Ticket Prices Explained

British summer time is upon us and that means Wimbledon is just around the corner, as thousands of fans from across the world flood to the famous All England Lawn Tennis Club in London.

The grass courts of SW19 have played host to some of the most iconic tennis matches in the history of the sport and serves as one of the biggest attractions in the British sporting calendar.

From Centre Court to Henman Hill, Wimbledon attracts fans from across the globe and 2026 is sure to be no different.

How to Buy

Wimbledon offers several avenues to get your hands on tickets for the event, including pre-sale and on the day sales.

Public Ballot

The most popular method for buying Wimbledon tickets is the Public Ballot, which sees people drawn at random offering the chances for households to buy tickets.

Registration opens several months before Wimbledon takes place, in the previous autumn, and requires the opening of a myWimbledon account.

The Queue

Standing out as a rarity in modern day sporting events, Wimbledon offers the chance to buy tickets in person on the day of play, via The Queue.

Offered at one ticket per person, The Queue begins the evening before the days play and sees people arrive throughout the night and in the early hours of the morning.

Ticket Prices

Ticket prices for Wimbledon in 2026 vary with the cheapest available access offered via Ground Passes, which offer fans the opportunity to access the grounds and watch matches from locations such as Henman Hill.

Unsurprisingly, it is Centre Court which sees the highest ticket prices during the tournament. Prices range between £80 - £115 for Centre Court Ticket on Day 1, and between £245 - £350 for the chance to watch the final on Day 14.
