Legendary trainer Willie Mullins has been priced up at 1/2 to win the British Jump Trainers' Championship as we approach the end of the National Hunt season.
Mullins, who has never won the British trainers title, moved to the top of the standings after bagging the £500,000 top prize in the 2024 Grand National, courtesy of a sensational performance from I Am Maximus.
The victory, his second in the National after Hedgehunter's win back in 2005, saw Mullins leapfrog the in-form Dan Skelton and perennial top trainer contender Paul Nicholls with just two weeks of the season remaining.
The current campaign will end with the Scottish Grand National meeting this weekend and the bet365 Jump Finale at Sandown on Saturday 27th April.

The British Jump Trainers' Championship is decided by the amount of prize money won from qualifying races during the season.
Paul Nicholls has won the award in each of the last three seasons and is chasing the title for a 14th time.
Staggeringly, while Skelton and Nicholls won have 111 and 120 races respectively to be in contention, Mullins' prize money has come from 19 victories and 64 places.
