Legendary Irish jockey Ruby Walsh is the jockey with the most Cheltenham Festival wins, after amassing an incredible 59 winners during his career.
He won an incredible seven races at the 2009 and 2016 Cheltenham Festivals and was the winner of the Top Jockey award no less than 11 times.
With two Gold Cup wins, four Champion Hurdles and three Champion Chases included in his career, Walsh is the most successful Cheltenham jockey by some distance.
Barry Geraghty is the second most successful Cheltenham jockey of all-time with 43 winners, while Paul Townend is just behind him in second with 42 winners.
Legends AP McCoy and Pat Taaffe complete the top five jockeys with the most Cheltenham Festival winners.
