Gavin & Stacey finale: Cast and plot

It has been confirmed that all of the beloved main cast of Gavin & Stacey will be returning to our screens for the Christmas finale, including James Corden as Smithy, Ruth Jones as Nessa, Matthew Horne as Gavin and Joanna Page as Stacey.

The plot will follow on from the previous Christmas Special five years ago in 2019, which ended with Nessa declaring her love for Smithy and proposing to him.

The British public will catch up with the Shipmans and Wests for one final time as the two families reunite for a weekend get together in Billericay, Essex.
