Bagley captured gold at 145lbs with a unanimous decision win over Solomon Simon at Cage Warriors 200 and will look to make the first defence of his belt when he takes on submission specialist Lee on Saturday.
Also on the card is the return of former UFC lightweight Jordan Vucenic.
Vucenic has won both his fights back under the Cage Warriors banner since being released by the UFC last year, and will attempt to take his streak to three in a row against Brazilian Nonato Junior.
Saturday's Cage Warriors 208 card will be broadcast live in the UK on UFC Fight Pass.
