West Brom v Southampton: How to watch, TV channel, head-to-head stats & team news

It's fifth against third in the Championship on Friday night as West Brom host Southampton at the Hawthorns.

Carlos Corberan's West Brom go into Friday night's showdown with Southampton off the back of a comfortable 2-0 home victory against Cardiff City on Tuesday night, with Mikey Johnston and Andreas Weimann on the scoresheet.

Southampton, on the other hand, will be reeling from a 3-1 defeat at Bristol City in midweek which spelled an end to a 25-match unbeaten for the Saints in all competitions.

Although West Brom and Southampton are both in the play-off positions, the Baggies trail Southampton by a significant margin of 12 points in the table and will be more than aware of how a tough a test they will face against their opponents on Friday night.
