Leaders Celtic kick off at home to struggling Aberdeen, looking to maintain their nine-point cushion at the top as Rangers enter the fray with a trip to Livingston.
Livi responded well to their 3-0 defeat at the hands of Celtic with a return to winning ways against Kilmarnock last time out and are continuing their charge towards European qualification.
Elsewhere, Hibernian’s home game with Killie gives them a golden chance to extend their unbeaten run, while St Mirren aim to rediscover that winning feeling when they take on a struggling Ross County side.
For bottom side Dundee United, a visit from mid-table St Johnstone is in the offing as the Tangerines search for a route out of the mire.

One loss all season, 23 wins from 25 and ample breathing space at the summit, Celtic are romping to the title and only the mother of all slip-ups can deny them now.
The Hoops have been going to town on their opponents lately, notching an eye-watering 23 goals in six matches across all competitions.
They put five past St Mirren in the Scottish Cup last Saturday, eclipsing the four scored against St Johnstone last time out in the league, and have not lost a domestic game since September.
A dreary record of just one win in six games shows the enormity of the task facing Aberdeen if they are to grab a first victory over Celtic in 20 meetings; the leaders expect to come away with all three points and a healthy boost for their goal difference.

Although Rangers boss Michael Beale conceded this week that a Rangers title win is unlikely, the Ibrox side have still been a cut above the rest over the course of the season, the gap to Celtic notwithstanding.
The Glasgow duo are well clear of the peloton and a scarce few will be expecting anything other than business as usual this weekend.
That being said, Livingston are punching above their weight this term and have the mettle to pose Rangers problems at the very least, just as they did in October’s reverse fixture, drawn 1-1.
While ending Rangers’ 15-game unbeaten streak is an objective unlikely to be realised, it is well feasible that Livi could become the third team to score in defeat to Gers in three games – following Ross County and Partick Thistle.
Strong on home turf, Livingston have not lost in front of their own fans in the league since Celtic visited in October, meaning that while anything other than a Rangers win is hard to envisage, it should be no cakewalk.

There are no two ways about it – Dundee United’s Premiership status is under threat and a terrible run of form is doing them no favours.

St Mirren are looking to bounce back into rhythm after falling to a 2-1 defeat against Motherwell last time out, bossing possession but ultimately failing to undo the damage inflicted by two early goals against them.
Ross County’s visit to St Mirren Park hands the home side a gilt-edged chance to end their slump, which has seen them lose two on the bounce in the league having picked up back-to-back wins before that against Aberdeen and Motherwell.
Winless in five away league games and only a point off the bottom, Ross County have largely flattered to deceive and the fact they have mustered just a single win in 11 games dating back to early November – the anomalous 3-0 victory against Killie three matches ago – suggests a repeat of their win in the pre-World Cup reverse fixture is highly unlikely.
