Real Madrid hold the record for the most UEFA Super Cup wins with a total of six titles to their name after they beat Atalanta in the 2024 final, while AC Milan and Barcelona have lifted the trophy on five occasions each.
Liverpool are the most successful British team in the competition's history, as they have lifted the trophy on four occasions, most recently in 2019, while Atletico Madrid are three-time winners.
Chelsea, Bayern Munich, Ajax, Anderlecht, Valencia and Juventus are the only other sides to have triumphed on more than once occasion, all doing so twice.
Other British winners include Manchester United (1991), Nottingham Forest (1979), Aston Villa (1982), Aberdeen (1983) and Manchester City (2023).
