Italian midfielder Jorginho was voted as the UEFA Player of the Year for the 2020/21 season.
Jorginho enjoyed a standout season for Chelsea which culminated in the club winning the UEFA Champions League for the second time in their history.
He also played a starring role as Italy won the delayed Euro 2020 as they defeated England on penalties in the final.
Belgian midfielder Kevin De Bruyne was second on the list following an excellent season for Manchester City, while Jorginho's club teammate N'golo Kante was third.
The top five was completed by Lionel Messi and Polish striker Robert Lewandowski.
Raheem Sterling was the only English player to be voted in the top ten, while the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo and Kylian Mbappe also featured.
