The overall Prize Pool for the 2024/25 UEFA Champions League stands at a colossal £2.06 billion.
Clubs competing in the UEFA Champions League can earn a hefty share of the overall prize pot (£2.06 billion).
Performance based prize money offers each of the 36 teams with the biggest chance of swelling their coffers, with 37.5 percent of the entire pot (around £750 million) up for grabs dependent upon how far each team progresses.
The newly created value pillar, which is a distribution determined by the value of the television market for each club's respective nation, makes up 35 percent of the pot, whilst the remaining 27.5 percent is made up of equal shares amongst the 36 team league-phase field.

Every club competing in the UEFA Champions League league phase will be awarded a base payment of €18,620,000 (£15.36 million) from the 'Equal Shares - Starting Fee' fund, with the opportunity to earn significantly more than that based on performance throughout the competition, including a UEFA Champions League winners bonus of €25 million (£19 million).
Given the current structure of UEFA Champions League prize money, the club who ultimately reigns supreme can expect to pocket a tournament total of at least €100 million (£82 million), taking all three elements of the prize money distribution into account.

In addition to the above, clubs will also be paid a bonus depending upon where they finish in the league phase of the competition.
This ranking bonus is divided into 666 equal shares of approximately €275,000 (£227,000), with the team finishing 36th (bottom of the league) being allocated a solitary share (£227,000).
The team that finishes 35th will take two shares and that share allocation will continue to increase with each position, with the club ending the league phase in top spot claiming an approximate 36 share cut - totalling around €9,900,000 (£8.2 million).
Prize Money is European football's elite competition has continued to grow year on year, with this year's total pot of £2.06 billion up significantly from the 2023/24 pool of £1.74 billion.
