After Harry Kane scored four for Bayern Munich against Dinamo Zagreb as the UEFA Champions League made its return, we've priced up any player to score five in a game this season at 5/1.
It's was a chastening night for the Croatian outfit, who fought back from 3-0 down at the break to get to 3-2 with a pair of quick-fire goals after half-time, before the Bavarians quickly pulled away with Kane and Michael Olise getting their second on the night, before Kane added two more penalties to go with his 19th-minute opener.
Substitutes Leroy Sane and Leon Goretzka added the eighth and ninth as Bayern ran out comfortable winners in Munich.

"Favourite backers got off to a flyer in the Champions League with an 11/1 winning 6 fold and a 12.5% Acca Boost on top! We’ll also be keeping a nervous eye on the remaining fixtures with liabilities building after such a good night for punters.
"We've reacted to the opening night’s results by offering 14/1 about a side scoring 10 or more goals in the Champions League this season after Bayern Munich bagged nine, and 5/1 for a player to score five or more after Harry Kane helped himself to four of their goals, with more than 1,000 pre-game bets on Kane to score a hat-trick at 13/2.
"Only Lionel Messi, Luiz Adriano and Erling Haaland have scored five in the Champions League era, but with the Norwegian, Kane and Mbappe on the scene, that record could well be equalled during this season after a flurry of goals on the opening night."
The new format for the 2024/25 UEFA Champions League will see an added four teams complete in a league phase, where each team has a unique fixture list, playing four games at home and four games away. It's expected in the early stages that the big hitters will field their strongest sides before assessing their status towards the end of the league phase, but unless assured of a top-eight spot, teams are unlikely to rest too many players for their final couple of games.
Three players have scored five goals in a UEFA Champions League match and there are no prizes for guessing two of them.
Lionel Messi unsurprisingly was the first to hit five with an incredible performance against Bayer Leverkusen in the last 16 back in 2012. His first was a trademark chip before scoring a second shortly before half time. Messi would lob a helpless Bernd Leno - this time with his right foot - to complete the hat-trick before rounding Leno to tap home a fourth, curling in a fifth after the 84th minute.
Luiz Adriano was second for Shakhtar Donetsk in 2014. The Brazilian scored his first from the spot before adding three more before the break from a combined 12 yards out. Adriano would add a fifth in the second half, converting from the spot once again as the Ukrainian side won 7-0 against BATE Borisov.
Erling Haaland is the third and most recent player to net five in a UEFA Champions League game, putting RB Leipzig to the sword inside an hour. The Norwegian's first was a penalty before heading home after Kevin De Bruyne had rattled the crossbar. Haaland completed his hat-trick in the first half, turning the ball home on the goal line after Ruben Dias hit the post. His fourth and fifth were classic Haaland, finding himself in the right place at the right time as the ball rebounded around the penalty area, smashing home with his right and left before being subbed off shortly after the hour mark.
