Tunisia host Madagascar in their opening Group A qualifier for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations.
The Tunisians have won AFCON on one occasion, back in 2004, and have represented Africa at the most recent two editions of the FIFA World Cup in 2018 and 2022.
Managed by the vastly experienced Faouzi Benzarti, Tunisia will expect to comfortably progress to the 2025 AFCON to be hosted in Morocco having been drawn in a favourable qualifying group, with Madagascar their first opponents at home.
Tunisia v Madagascar has not been selected for TV coverage in the UK but the match will be available to watch live via our Sports Live Streaming service.
Tunisia v Madagascar is scheduled to kick off at 20:00 BST on Thursday 5th September at Stade Olympique Hammadi Agrebi.
Currently 41st in the FIFA world rankings, Tunisia unsurprisingly hold the edge in their all-time head-to-head against Madagascar, who are 105th in the world at present.
The two countries met twice in qualifying for the 2002 World Cup, with Tunisia winning 1-0 at home and 2-0 away.
The most recent meeting of the two sides came in the quarter-finals of the 2019 AFCON in Egypt, with Tunisia prevailing 3-0 courtesy of goals from Ferjani Sassi, Youssef Msakni and Naim Sliti.
