Triumph Hurdle odds: Sir Gino is the market leader

The opening race on the final day of the 2024 Cheltenham Festival is the Grade 1 Triumph Hurdle.

A race run over a distance of 2 miles and 1 furlong with eight hurdles to be jumped, the Triumph Hurdle has over the years boasted a number of winners that have gone on to have a glittering career.

Sir Gino

Sir Gino is currently favourite to give trainer Nicky Henderson a record-extending eighth success in the Triumph Hurdle.

Majborough

After wins with Vauban in 2022 and Lossiemouth in 2023, Majborough could be the horse to give trainer Willie Mullins a third straight Triumph Hurdle.

Salvator Mundi

Salvator Mundi finished a close second to Sir Gino at Auteuil last time out and will be hoping to go one better and claim a Cheltenham Festival success for John and Thady Gosden.

Kargese

Another big chance for Willie Mullins in the Triumph Hurdle is Kargese, who will be looking to build on an impressive victory in the Spring Juvenile Hurdle at Leopardstown last time out.
