The Brisbane Broncos have been rocked by injuries to star players Payne Haas, Adam Reynolds and Herbie Farnworth following Saturday night’s brutal win over the Canberra Raiders.
The Broncos are out to finish in the top four this season and continue to go well after picking up their seventh win on the bounce.
However the win came at a big cost with another three key players put on the sidelines. Star prop forward Haas left the field in the 28th minute with a shoulder injury that will also leave New South Wales coach Brad Fittler with a sweat on.
Skipper Adam Reynolds also left the field midway through the second half with a rib injury. He was joined by English centre Herbie Farnworth who damaged a bicep.

Kotoni Staggs is already on the sidelines with a shoulder injury, while fellow State of Origin stars Kurt Capewell and Selwyn Cobbo were rested.
Despite all the issues, the Broncos still managed to fight out a 24-18 win against the Raiders. They face Melbourne in a huge game next week but it remains to be seen what kind of side Kevin Walters will be able to put out.
"Even when I was on the staff here I can't remember a team that has had so many injuries, and not just bumps and bruises but actual game ending injuries and possibly weeks, months on the sideline,” Walters said after the win.
“There are a whole host of guys who are really busted and Canberra played a tough game tonight. They were very physical and we are wearing the consequences of that now."
