Free-scoring Sporting CP striker Viktor Gyokeres is becoming increasingly linked with a move away from the Portuguese champions.
With Sporting boss Ruben Amorim agreeing to replace Erik ten Hag as Manchester United manager and Gyokeres continuing to score at a breathtaking rate both domestically and in the UEFA Champions League, transfer interest in the 26-year-old is ramping up.

Formerly of Brighton and Coventry City, Sweden international Gyokeres has proven a revelation at Sporting - netting 43 goals in all competitions in his maiden season in 2023/24.
Having only acquired Gyokeres as recently as the summer of 2023, reigning Portuguese champions Sporting will be desperate to hold onto their prized asset for as long as possible.
However, given the Swede reportedly has a release clause of €100m (£83m), Sporting may be powerless to prevent Europe's biggest clubs making a move.
Manchester United appears a possible destination for Gyokeres following the Red Devils' appointment of Ruben Amorim as the club's new manager, with the Portuguese helping to get the best out of the striker during his tenure at Sporting.
Man Utd's Premier League rivals Manchester City, Arsenal and Liverpool may all also be tempted in attracting Gyokeres back to English football, whilst Barcelona may view the striker as an ideal long-term replacement for 36-year-old Robert Lewandowski.
bet365's Steve Freeth said: "We're still odds-on that Gyokeres is still a Sporting player when the January window closes but considering Man Utd have already been able to prise away their sought after manager, will they be able to do the same for Europe's most sought after striker?"
Gyokeres' stock in European football reached new heights following a blistering hat-trick in Sporting's 4-1 win over Pep Guardiola's Manchester City in the UEFA Champions League, with a total of 422 bet365 customers landing pre-match bets on this outcome.
