Wolverhampton Wanderers winger Mateus Mane is reportedly on the radar of Leeds United as the transfer window reaches its conclusion.
Journalist Alan Nixon has reported Leeds' interest in the Wolves winger who broke into the first-team last season.
Mane featured 27 times for Wolves in the Premier League last season, scoring three goals.
He was unable to keep the club in the top-flight but he was one of just a handful of players who emerged from the campaign with any credit.
Mane is still just 18 years of age and he looks to be a player with a high ceiling.
He has already been capped twice for Portugal's Under 21s, while he is also eligible to play for England.
New Wolves boss Cesar Peixoto has called upon Mane in the early weeks of the Championship season, but the lure of Premier League football and a sizeable offer could muddy the waters.
Leeds are looking to push on this season after preserving their top-flight status last season and they have picked up four points from their first two games.
