Italian centre-back Alessio Romagnoli is the player who has played the most matches alongside goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma.
Romagnoli and Donnarumma were part of the same AC Milan team until the latter moved to Paris Saint-Germain in the summer of 2021.
The two players shared the pitch a total of 198 times, with a handful of those occasions being for the Italian national team.
