1. How to Enter

1.1 To take part, simply turn up to the BTGG activation space at Dray Walk Gallery, in London between 1pm – 4pm on Saturday 4th April 2026. One participant at a time will be invited to take part, on a first come, first served basis.

1.2 The Big Ticket Giveaway is a game-show style game with four rounds. In each round, the participant will be shown four ‘Never Ordinary’ sports scenarios and asked to guess which one they think is the more probable to happen (probabilities have been calculated according to bet365 betting odds). Participants who answer all four rounds correctly can draw a random prize ball from the pot to win a prize.

1.3 By taking part in the Promotion, you agree that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1.4 Entry is free and open to all eligible participants who satisfy the requirements at clause 3. No purchase is necessary. Please note that the Promotion is available on a limited first-come-first-served basis and we do not guarantee that all interested persons will be able to take part during the promotion window.

1.5 The promotion will come to an end either at 4pm on 04/04/2026, or once all prizes have been claimed and the same has been announced on x.com/bet365. In the event that the ten Grand Prizes have all been claimed before the promotion comes to an end, this will be announced by way of a sign posted outside the promotion stage.

2. How it works

2.1 Each participant must be age-verified before taking part (see clause 3 below for details). Each game is expected to take between 4 – 5 minutes from start to finish.

2.2 The combination of scenarios presented in each round will be electronically randomly generated from a set of pre-determined possibilities.

2.3 The probability of each of the sports scenarios is based on the equivalent bet365 betting market. The probability of each event is converted from the betting odds available for that event on www.bet365.com as of 10am on 1st April 2026. Verification of the method used is available on request from the Promoter, by posting your query to PO Box 4693, bet365 Verifiability, Stoke-on-Trent ST4 9PA.

3. Eligibility

3.1 To take part in this Promotion and win a prize, you must be a UK resident and aged 25+. You will not be eligible to win a prize if:

(a) you (or your guest) are subject to a banning order from any football tournament, club or stadium;

(b) you (or your guest) are a bet365 employee or contractor;

(c) you (or your guest) are a member of the immediate families or households of (b) above; or

(d) you are (or have previously been) voluntarily, or involuntarily, excluded from playing with any gambling operator, including bet365, or from receiving bet365’s promotional offers.

3.2 To allow us to confirm eligibility, each participants must either provide the username of their personal, fully verified bet365 account, or valid identification to confirm their name and age, in order to win a prize. Suitable forms of ID include a valid UK driving licence or a passport. We will use your details to ensure that you meet the safeguarding criteria set out above.

3.3 The Promoter reserves the right to refuse participation to any person who, at any stage of the Promotion, is found (in the Promoter’s sole determination) to:

(a) be ineligible under clause 3.1 above;

(b) be under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or otherwise unfit to participate in the Promotion; and/or

(c) have attempted to undermine the Promotion through fraud, cheating or deception.

3.4 You may not enter the Promotion on behalf of another person.

3.5 You agree that you will not behave in a way that may put yourself or others at any risk of harm when taking part in the Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the competition.

4. The prizes

4.1 Each participant who guesses all four questions correctly will be a winner and will draw a random ball from the ball pot to reveal their prize. Each ball correlates to one of the following Prizes:

Grand Prize: A pair of tickets to one of the following UEFA Champions League match, for use by the winner and one chosen guest:

(a) Real Madrid C.F. vs Bayern München (Tuesday 7th April at Estadio Santiago Bernabéu, Madrid) (1x pair of tickets)

(b) FC Barcelona vs Atlético de Madrid (Wednesday 8th April at Camp Nou, Barcelona (1x pair of tickets)

(c) Liverpool FC vs Paris Saint-Germain (Tuesday 14th April at Anfield Stadium, Liverpool) (4x pairs of tickets)

(d) Arsenal FC vs Sporting Clube de Portugal (Wednesday 15th April at Emirates Stadium, London) (4x pairs of tickets)

Note: Grand Prize winners will be able to select their choose of tickets to any of above the matches, subject to availability on a first-come-first served basis. Participants will be informed which tickets are still available when taking part.

; or

(e) An official UEFA Champions League branded mini football and a bet365 x UEFA Champions League drawstring bag.

4.2 The number on each prize ball has been pre-assigned to one of the prizes listed above. The compere will check the number on the ball and the prize will be announced on screen. Prizes are final and cannot be exchanged.

4.3 Tickets may only be used by the winner, and a guest of their choice (who must be aged 18+ and meet the eligibility criteria in clause 3, above). Tickets may not be transferred, sold, exchanged, or used for any other non-private enjoyment purpose.

4.4 The Grand Prize does not include hospitality, travel, accommodation, travel insurance, food and drink, spending money, tax or any other incidental expenses in using the prize.

4.5 Tickets are and remain at all times the property of UEFA Events SA and/or the relevant Club.

5. Winners

5.1 The Promoter may be required to evidence that prizes were correctly awarded. You agree that in the event that you win and claim a prize, the Promoter may, if required to do so, share your name with the UK Advertising Standards Authority or equivalent authority.

5.2 The decision of the Promoter is final, and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.

6. Publicity and Data protection

6.1 By taking part in the Promotion, you agree that bet365 may:

(a) record, film and photograph your participation in this Promotion;

(b) store photographs, recordings and interviews of you taking part in or winning the Promotion (“Footage”), and use such Footage (without compensation to you) for as long as is reasonably necessary for its marketing purposes. This includes incorporation of the Footage into content to be used on bet365’s social media, website and in other third party marketing activity, including press coverage; and

(c) share the Footage from time to time with the third-party service providers providing assistance to bet365 with its marketing purposes, only for the provision of such assistance.

6.2 The Promoter will only process your personal information as set out in this agreement and in line with the bet365 Privacy Policy.

6.3 You agree that in the event that you are selected as a winner, you may be contacted by, and the Promoter may share your relevant personal data (name, address and email address), and that of your chosen guest, with each of the following related parties, only in order to deliver the prizes:

(a) UEFA Events SA (of Route de Genève 46, 1260 Nyon 2, Switzerland, a wholly owned subsidiary of UEFA) (“UEFA”); and

(b) Octagon Worldwide Ltd, (of 135 Bishopsgate, London, EC2M 4NR) (“Octagon”).

By taking party in this Promotion, you accept that such data sharing shall be subject to the terms of i) UEFA’s Privacy Policy, available here, and ii) Octagon’s Privacy Notice, available here.

6.4 You have the right to withdraw the consent you have given at any time by contacting the bet365 team at data.protection@bet365.com. This will not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out by bet365 before you withdraw your consent.

7. Claiming a Grand Prize

7.1 Novelty tickets that may be awarded on the day are placeholders, and are not valid substitutes for match tickets.

7.2 Tickets will be provided to the winners of a Grand Prize shortly after these are available for issue by the relevant club, which occurs shortly before the relevant fixture date. You acknowledge that the timing of the ticket fulfilment is therefore dependent on the date of the fixture that you choose, and the Club’s ticketing policies. Tickets will be provided in digital format to the email address you provide. You and your guest may be required to download the UEFA Mobile Tickets app and create an account in order to receive the tickets.

7.3 Issue and use of each ticket is subject to the relevant Stadium and/or Club terms and conditions of entry, which are available from the relevant Stadium and/or Club’s website.

7.4 The Grand Prize is issued subject to valid proof of identity, age verification and further security checks. We will need to request further information from yourself and/or your guest, to verify eligibility and register your tickets. Your failure to provide this information in a timely manner may result in forfeiture of the prize.

7.5 The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you (or your chosen guest) are not able to take up the prize, for any reason.

8. Use of the Grand Prize

8.1 Match ticket prizes may only be used by yourself and a chosen guest. They are strictly non-transferable and not for resale.

8.2 By entering this Promotion, you agree that if you win a Grand Prize:

(a) You shall be fully responsible for your behaviour and the behaviour of your guest when using the Grand Prize. When using the Grand Prize you agree to behave responsibly, and not to behave in a way that puts yourself, or others, in danger. 5

(b) You will comply, and ensure your guest complies, with all applicable third party terms and conditions that apply to your use of the tickets and attendance at the relevant stadium (including UEFA’s ticket terms and conditions, and stadium entry rules).

(c) You, and your guest, will be subject to checks against any Club, venue, or sports association banning order list.

8.3 You acknowledge and accept that you alone will be responsible for ensuring that you and any guest travelling with you are available to travel and hold valid passports, visas and/or any other travel documents required in order to travel to the relevant stadium for any tickets you win.

9. Limitation of liability

9.1 Participation in the Promotion does not entitle you to any wages, salary or other form of compensation.

9.2 You accept that your participation in the Promotion is at your own risk. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate a participant or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking part in the Promotion or receiving a prize, except where this is caused by the negligence of the Promoter. Your statutory rights are not affected to the extent that these cannot be excluded under applicable laws.

9.3 Each prize is awarded on an “as is” basis. The Promoter and Octagon are not responsible for any external circumstances beyond their reasonable control which may interfere with your (and/or your chosen guest’s) use or enjoyment of any prize, including in particular: acts of god, global or regional pandemic, adverse weather conditions, strike, acts of terrorism, political unrest, change in law or regulations, war, natural disaster, or any other circumstances, including any circumstances resulting in the relocation, postponement or cancelation of the relevant match, or any illness or other circumstance which prevents your (or your guest’s) travel to a Grand Prize match.

9.4 You hereby agree to release and hold the Promoter (and each of its affiliated entities), UEFA and Octagon, harmless from and against any losses, damages, rights or claims of any kind, arising from your participation in this Promotion and/or in connection with your, and your guest’s, use of any prize.

10. General

10.1 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to exclude you from participating in the Promotion.

10.2 The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the competition where it becomes necessary to do so (including due to lack of interest).

10.3 These terms and conditions are governed by English law. The courts of England have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any formal disputes arising in connection with the Promotion.

10.4 The Promoter may reclaim any prize which has been awarded in error.

10.5 The Promoter may at any time, make minor amendments to this promotion to correct typographical errors or to improve on clarity and may cancel this promotion if this becomes necessary for legal or regulatory reasons.
