It has been a sensational season for Jannik Sinner and he will be hoping to round it off by landing his eighth title of the year when facing Taylor Fritz in the final of the ATP Finals in Turin, Italy.
World number one Sinner thrashed Casper Ruud 6-1 6-2 in the semi-finals to become the first player to reach the final without dropping a set since record seven-time champion Novak Djokovic in 2018.
Standing in the Italian's way of glory is Fritz, who battled past Alexander Zverev in a three-set thriller to become the first American finalist at this event since James Blake back in 2006.
With both players looking to win this tournament for the first time, this promises to be an intriguing encounter at the Inalpi Arena.
Jannik Sinner to win and over 21.5 games - 11/10
Sinner's game has gone up a level this season and it all started with victory at the Australian Open in January, where he came from two sets down to defeat Daniil Medvedev in a five-set epic.
The Italian picked up titles in February, March and June before then adding two more to his collection in August, winning the Cincinnati Open and the US Open, beating Fritz in that Grand Slam final.
After scooping up the Shanghai Masters in August, Sinner came into the ATP Finals in red-hot form and he hasn't dropped a set in his four matches, beating Medvedev, Alex de Minaur and Fritz to top the Ilie Nastase Group.
It was another simple affair in the semi-finals, losing just three games in a routine win over Ruud, and it is hard to make a case for the world number one not to lift the title on home soil on Sunday.
But Fritz, aiming to become the first American winner of the season-ending event since Pete Sampras won the title in 1999, is a dangerous opponent and he will be giving everything to come out on top.
The 27-year-old has made great strides this season, reaching his first Grand Slam final, and he showed his battling qualities to overcome Zverev in Saturday's last-four encounter in three sets.
One issue for Fritz though is the amount of time he has been on court compared to Sinner and how much extra energy the US star has been forced to use.
In a bid to get some value out of this match, the play here is to go for Sinner, who has won 25 out of his last 26 matches, to win and for there to be over 21.5 total games, a bet that has landed in two of the last three meetings between these two.
The earlier group clash ended in a 6-4 6-4 victory for Sinner, just missing out on the over 21.5 mark, but this could be a closer contest and the Italian may be forced to work harder for the win.
Over 17.5 aces - 10/11
One of the big strengths of Fritz is his fearsome serve and he will need this area to be on song if he is to stand any chance of causing an upset in Turin.
The American sent down 15 aces in the semi-final win over Zverev, who also notched 10, while he is averaging 10.7 aces per match on the ATP Tour this season.
Sinner is averaging slightly less at 7.4 per match but his serve looked in great shape in his last-four victory over Ruud, as he registered nine aces.
There were a combined 13 aces in the earlier group clash between these two, with Fritz recording seven compared to the six of Sinner.
A closer contest is expected when the pair meet for the second time in Turin and that should increase the chances of there being more aces, making the 10/11 on there being over 17.5 appealing.
