Defending champion Iga Swiatek resumes her bid for a third French Open title in a row when she takes on American Coco Gauff in the semi-finals.
In what is a repeat of the 2022 Paris final which Swiatek won in straight sets, third seed Gauff is expected to be in for another tough time against the top seed.
Swiatek beat Czech fifth seed Marketa Vondrousova 6-0 6-2 to secure her last-four place, while Gauff recovered from a set down to beat Tunisia's Ons Jabeur 4-6 6-2 6-3 in her quarter-final.

Iga Swiatek’s semi-final against Coco Gauff is due to take place on Thursday 6th June 2024, with the start time to be confirmed once Thursday's French Open order of play is announced.
The high-profile semi-final is set to be played on Court Philippe-Chatrier.
Swiatek dominates the head-to-head record between the two players, winning 10 of their 11 meetings.
Included in her list of successes over Gauff is the 2022 French Open final triumph, plus a quarter-final victory over the American on clay in the French capital 12 months ago, when the Pole again won in straight sets, 6-4 6-2.
Swiatek has beaten Gauff once this year already, winning 6-4 6-3 in their Italian Open semi-final.
Gauff’s sole victory over Swiatek came last summer in the Cincinnati Masters semi-final when she edged a tight clash 7-6 (2) 3-6 6-4.
