Emma Raducanu battled into the second round of Wimbledon and will next face Elise Mertens on Wednesday.
After receiving a wildcard, Raducanu was originally set to take on 22nd seed Ekaterina Alexandrova in the opening round but the Russian was forced to withdraw through illness.
Instead she took on lucky loser Renata Zarazua, winning 7-6 6-3 and will now face Belgium's Mertens, who defeated Japan's Nao Hibino 2-6 6-2 6-4.
The match will be available to watch on bet365's Sports Live Streaming platform. It will also be broadcast on either BBC One or BBC Two, as well as the BBC Sport website and iPlayer.
Raducanu will meet Mertens on Wednesday 3rd July. The start time and exact location are yet to be decided, but the match is likely to be played on either Centre Court or Court No.1.
Both start time and court will be confirmed when Wednesday's Order of Play is published.
This will be the first time the pair have met in a WTA match but Mertens leads their rivalry on career stats. The Belgian has won eight career titles to Raducanu's one, albeit that was at the 2021 US Open.
Raducanu's win over Zarazua continued an upturn in form, reaching the semi-finals in Nottingham and quarters in Eastbourne, with a quarter-final in Stuttgart her previous best performance in another injury-hampered year.
Mertens has had a patchy season, losing the final in Hobart in January and making the quarter-finals in Charleston in April but had won just one of her five matches on grass in 2024 before beating Hibino.
Raducanu's best SW19 showing is a fourth round appearance in 2021, while her opponent has also made it to that stage on two occasions (2019 and 2022).
