It's quarter-final time in the men's doubles and there is a mouth-watering clash between Carlos Alcaraz and Rafael Nadal and Austin Krajicek and Rajeev Ram on Wednesday.
Playing in his last Olympics, Nadal is aiming to land a third gold medal of his career after winning the singles in 2008 and the men's doubles in 2016 alongside Marc Lopez.
His teammate Alcaraz is already a three-time Grand Slam winner at the age of 21 and the duo will be hoping they can continue their medal quest in Paris, although Wednesday's quarter-final won't be easy.
US duo Krajicek and Ram are hugely experienced in the doubles and they have made serene progress to this stage, recording two straight-sets victories in a row.
Krajicek/Ram to win 2-1 - 4/1
Record 14-time French Open champion Nadal and three-time Grand Slam winner Alcaraz were the blockbuster duo when the men's doubles pairings were announced and they have managed to negotiate their way into the quarter-finals of the tournament.
But it hasn't been plain sailing for the Spanish duo and they were made to work by Argentine's Maximo Gonzalez Mereira and Andres Molteni in the opening round, coming through 7-6 6-4, before they needed a champions tiebreak to overcome Dutch pair Tallon Griekspoor and Wesley Koolhof.
Nadal's playing time has been limited this year due to injuries and there are slight concerns over his fitness the deeper he goes in this event, though his early exit from the singles will help in this regard.
Alcaraz is still competing in the singles and he faces Roman Safiullin in the third round earlier on Wednesday before then making the quick turnaround for this doubles encounter later on.
Fatigue could play a part and that will boost the chances of Krajicek and Ram picking up the victory and advancing into the semi-finals, where the Czechs or Germans await.
The US pair are doubles specialists and they have both enjoyed Grand Slam success during their careers, with Krajicek landing the 2023 French Open title with Ivan Dodig.
As for Ram, he took the 2020 Australian Open doubles title and the US Open doubles in 2021, 2022 and 2023, rubber-stamping his position as one of the best in this discipline.
Krajicek and Ram, who reached the doubles semi-finals in Hamburg this year, have looked impressive in their first two matches, securing straight-sets victories in both.
Over 20.5 total games - 1/1
This could turn out to be a classic between these two teams and there should be plenty of games to take in, with the offer of 1/1 on there being over 20.5 hard to ignore.
There have been 23 games in both Alcaraz and Nadal's matches in Paris, with the second-round match going to a champions tiebreak which they won 10-2.
As for Krajicek and Ram, 17 games were seen in their opening match before they were pushed harder next time, with 23 games contested.
