There has been an Australian resurgence at the US Open this season and at the forefront is Alex De Minaur.
Three-time Grand Slam quarter-finalist De Minaur is one of four Australian men through to the third round of the US Open, the first time that has happened since 1997.
And as is often the case, he looks the most likely to forge a deep run in New York, having dropped just one set in the first two rounds.
But there are still fitness concerns surrounding De Minaur, who may not have things all his own way against third-round opponent Dan Evans, who has never lost to the Australian.
The winner of the clash will progress to the fourth round in which they will face either 30th seed Matteo Arnaldi or another Australian in Jordan Thompson.
Dan Evans +6.5 games on handicap - 10/11
De Minaur is 1/6 favourite to win this third-round battle with Evans but it could be a closer contest than the odds suggest.
The Australian has not really put a foot wrong at Flushing Meadows, dropping just one set in his opening two matches against Marcos Giron and Otto Virtanen but he admits he is still not at full fitness.
De Minaur did not get to hit the hard courts early in preparation for the season's final Grand Slam with the hip injury which forced him to withdraw from Wimbledon still aggravating him.
He recently claimed he was operating at about "80-85%" due to the injury problem and British talent Evans could sniff an opportunity.
Evans similarly had limited preparation time for the US Open, playing just one match at the Winston-Salem Open between Wimbledon and Flushing Meadows.
But he has shown promise in New York, having beaten 23rd seed Karen Khachanov in the longest match in the major's history in the first round.
That contest lasted five hours and 35 minutes with each of the first three sets going to tiebreaks.
But there were no signs of fatigue from Evans in the second round as he cruised past Argentinian Mariano Navone 6-4 6-3 6-3.
He has since had another full day's rest ready for his third-round tussle with De Minaur and given his opponent's fitness, Evans should at least make this competitive and makes an appeal at +6.5 games on the handicap.
Dan Evans to win over 14.5 games - 5/6
Another way to show support for British talent Evans is to back him to win 15 or more games in the third round.
De Minaur is the seeded player in this match but Evans leads the head-to-head 3-0 between the players.
And all three of Evans's wins over his Australian counterpart have come on the hard courts, so he should at least win 15 games in this contest.
His opener with Khachanov was an eventful back-and-forth match in which the Briton won a total of 30 games and this could well be another match which goes the distance, enhancing the appeal of this wager.
There are reasons to get behind both players and the game count could rise in Flushing Meadows.
