Swansea City and Blackburn Rovers are reportedly interested in securing a deal for midfielder Trey Nyoni from Liverpool.
Nyoni is highly regarded at Anfield and has been tipped to challenge for first-team football in the coming years.
However, with the likes of Ryan Gravenberch, Alexis Mac Allister, Dominik Szoboszlai and Curtis Jones competing to play in midfield, he is unlikely to play regularly in the short term.
It is looking increasingly likely that Liverpool will loan out the 19-year-old next season, but a permanent deal is also not off the table.
On The Minute have reported that Swansea and Blackburn are amongst the teams who are looking to acquire the player.
It is claimed that Nyoni could be available for a fee in the region of £6 million, but Liverpool may more tempted to agree to a season-long loan.
Nyoni has represented England across various age groups at youth level and he also featured slightly more prominently for Liverpool last season.
He made 14 appearances in all competitions, which included six Premier League outings and three in the UEFA Champions League.
Swansea finished in the top-half of the Championship last season and their reputation for playing attractive football could be just what is required for the next stage of Nyoni's career.
Meanwhile, Blackburn could also benefit from a player of Nyoni's quality as they look to avoid becoming embroiled in another relegation battle.
