Wigan Warriors are one game away from sealing the 2024 League Leaders' Shield after a comprehensive 38-0 victory over Leeds Rhinos.
Wigan remain top of the Super League table, two points clear of their nearest challengers Hull KR, who defeated Leigh Leopards on Friday evening.
The Warriors conquered Hull KR in the previous week to put them in prime position to finish the regular season at the summit and Matt Peet's side only need to beat Salford Red Devils in the final week to assure themselves of top spot.
Should they be successful, it will be the third time in five years that Wigan have claimed the League Leaders' Shield, having also finished top in 2020 and 2023.
