The latest odds for Sunny Edwards v Galal Yafai as the pair get set to contest an intriguing flyweight bout this weekend with the WBC 'interim' title on the line.
Odds will display when markets are available.
A fight nine years in the making, Sunny Edwards and Galal Yafai will finally renew acquaintances inside the ring on Saturday night.
Two of British boxing's most decorated amateurs, 'Showtime' Sunny Edwards scored a narrow split-decision victory over Yafai in an amateur contest back in April 2015.
There was however a further twist to the tail a few months later when Yafai was controversially picked to represent Team GB at the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio at Sunny's expense.
It's a decision that still haunts the former IBF flyweight world champion to this day, and one that he insists will help spur him on to victory as he looks to maintain his charge towards another world title.
"I have always been cool with Galal, proud of his achievements, it's never been personal, and if I had the benefit of what he was given I would have lapped it up," Edwards told ESPN recently.
"Is there any animosity? No, I'm very secure and happy of what I have gone on to achieve. To me, the storyline is I beat him, got on the squad at the same time as him, but he was picked for everything above me.
"He is still being trained by the person who was making the decisions back then [McCracken] and at the same gym - to me that just kind of stinks a bit - it's like I was part of a much bigger plot, a bit out of order."
The Londoner succumbed to the first defeat of his distinguished career 12 months ago as Mexican superstar Jesse 'Bam' Rodriguez made his size count in a truly pulsating battle.
Edwards appears rejuvenated 12 months on from that crushing defeat however, vowing to further cement his legacy by seeing off his unbeaten long-term foe for a second time this weekend, before establishing himself as a two-time champion of the world.
