Stockport County v Everton U21 will be played at Edgeley Park in Stockport, and kick-off is at 19:00 BST on Tuesday 17th September.
Stockport are unbeaten in their last five matches in all competitions, but lost heavily in their last cup match at Edgeley Park, going down 6-1 against Championship Blackburn.
Everton U21 have recorded one win from their three away matches this season and lost 5-0 away at Man City U21 last time out.
This will be the first meeting between Stockport County and Everton U21.
