Conceicao's card is not as impressive as Stevenson's but the Brazilian has enjoyed a more than respectable career and did what his opponent could not by winning gold at Rio 2016, defeating France's Sofiane Oumiha in the lightweight gold medal match.

After turning professional, the 33-year-old chalked up a 16-fight winning sequence, including eight victories by way of knockout, but his only previous shot at a world title saw him outboxed by Valdez in Tucson, Arizona, in September of last year.

The Brazilian comfortably saw off Xavier Martinez via unanimous decision in January, taking his record to 17-1-0.
