The line-up for the National semi-finals in Dallas is now complete and there are four teams left in the battle for the WNCAAB Championship.

The men's tournament has thrown up some huge surprises along the way and the highest seeded left is 4-seed Uconn. However, the usual suspects have come through to reach the last four in the women's event, with two top seeds, one second seed and one third seed remaining. 

LSU will play Virginia Tech in the first semi-final on Friday before South Carolina takes on Iowa for a place in the national championship game. 

There were some incredible team and individual displays in the last eight, and we've had a look over some of the standout performers from that round.

LSU end Miami bid

LSU are the lowest-ranked team remaining in the women's tournament after coming through the Greenville Regional 2 as the 3-seeds. 

Louisiana State finished the regular season with a 32-2 (15-1) overall record and have responded well to their semi-final exit in the SEC Tournament by booking a spot in Dallas in the WNCAAB Championship. 

After edging out 2-seeds Utah in the round of 16, they produced an exceptional defensive display to down Miami in the regional final. 

Miami had scored 70 points in each of their two previous games but LSU limited their opponents to just 42 points as they secured a 12-point win. 

Angel Reese had 18 rebounds and 13 points for LSU as they ended a 15-year absence from the last four in coach Kim Mulkey's second season in charge, while Alexis Morris – the only returning starter from last season – adding 21 points. 

"Coach Mulkey, she's had a plan for us, since Day One," said Morris, as reported by AP News. "This year, she had 12 players who just bought in, bought into the system. What you're witnessing right now is the result of a team commitment. 

"We all made a commitment and we all just want one thing, and that's just to win." 

LSU face Virginia Tech in the national semi-finals and they are priced at 13/2 to win the WNCAAB Championship outright.

South Carolina take down Maryland 

South Carolina, 2/7 to win the WNCAAB Championship outright, are the defending champions and they look like the team to beat after breezing through the Greenville Regional 1. 

USC passed their biggest test in the regional final with an 86-75 win over 2-seeds Maryland and will complete an unbeaten season if they go all the way and win the tournament after finishing up with a 36–0 (16–0) record and winning the SEC Tournament. 

Maryland pushed South Carolina hard in the first quarter and opened up a six-point lead but a big second quarter from Zia Cooke turned the tide. 

After going 0-3 from the field in the first quarter, Cooke shot 4-of-5 for nine points in just six minutes and finished the night with 18 points and eight rebounds as USC reached the regional semi-finals for a third straight year and set up a showdown with Iowa.

Clark steals the show with triple-double record

If South Carolina are to secure back-to-back national titles, they will need to find a way to keep tabs on Iowa's star player Caitlin Clark as she heads into Friday's game on the back of a record-breaking performance. 

Clark became the first player in NCAA tournament history to record a 40-point triple-double in Iowa's 97-83 win over Louisville, finishing up with 41 points, 10 rebounds and a game-high 12 assists – meaning she was part of 72% of her team's total of 97 points on the night. 

Clark became the first player in Division I basketball history, both men's and women's, to record 900 points and 300 assists in a single season after her exploits against Louisville. 

If Iowa, 19/2 to win the WNCAAB Championship outright, are to pull off an upset in the last four they will need the junior forward to come up with another huge display.

Moore and Kitley star for Virginia Tech

Virginia Tech will take on LSU in the semi-finals after their 84-74 win over Ohio State, thanks in part to a commanding display from guard Georgia Amoore and a double-double from 6'6" center Elizabeth Kitley. 

Amoore ran the offense and finished up with 24 points, while Kitley had 25 points and 12 rebounds as the duo combined for 31 points in the second half to guide Virginia Tech to victory. 

Those two will be looking to lead Virginia Tech, who are 12/1 to win the WNCAAB Championship outright.
