South Africa v New Zealand Odds: Springboks 1/2 to pull off double against All Blacks

We have priced South Africa up at 1/2 to go back to back against New Zealand in Cape Town in the 2024 Rugby Championship on Saturday.

The Springboks will surely win a first Rugby Championship with the only question being when. The All Blacks are a side in transition, and while they'll likely fall short in their quest for a fifth straight Rugby Championship, they'll at least hope to show signs they're moving in the right direction.

Beauden Barrett and TJ Perenara have even been dropped to the bench for Saturday's clash, and while coach Scott Robertson says it will ensure 'experience and leadership' later in the game, it only amplifies the notion that New Zealand don't have a settled side or a clear best XV.

The All Blacks can take positives from their last meeting, however, in the fact they led 27-17 with 10 minutes to go, only to be downed by two late tries.

Neither Cheslin Kolbe nor Kurt-Lee Arendse crossed the whitewash last week, with Arendse being withdrawn after 49 minutes last week, and missing the Cape Town Test with concussion, but Kolbe is once again a 29/20 shot to score a try on Saturday evening, with Will Jordan the same price to dot down for New Zealand.

Over 29.5 points landed with just four minutes left on the clock for the hosts last week; the line is down a point to 28.5 this time around, priced at 20/21.
