Europe will bid for an unprecedented fourth straight Solheim Cup win when taking on the USA at Robert Trent Jones Golf Club.
(Odds will display when markets are available)
Team USA have twice won the Solheim Cup three times in a row, and while Europe only tied in 2023, it was enough to retain the trophy, and they're now looking for four in a row.
Both teams retain their captains from Finca Cortesin in Spain, with Stacy Lewis leading the hosts and Suzann Pettersen skippering the Europeans.
The last three Solheim Cups have been won by razor-thin margins. Pettersen holed a seven-footer on the 18th in the final match on Sunday to get Europe to 14.5 points in 2019, with Europe winning again in 2021, 15-13.
2023 was perhaps even more dramatic than 2019; Caroline Hedwall came from 2DN with five to play to beat Ally Ewing 2UP; Carlota Ciganda and Nelly Korda exchanged haymakers down the stretch with the Spaniard narrowly ousting the then-world number two 2&1 to retain the trophy.
If recent history is anything to go by, we're set for another closely contested affair.
And while the Americans may boast the better individual golfers, Europe certainly have more experience in their ranks. Lexi Thompson is the only American to have contested more than 12 Ryder Cup matches, while Europe have Georgia Hall (17), Charley Hull (22), Ciganda (23) and Anna Nordqvist (31), all of whom have a winning percentage over 50%.
Similarly, Europe have eight players with a winning percentage over 50% compared to just four for the Americans.
As expected, world number one Nelly Korda is favourite in the top combined points scorer market. The American has had an incredible year, making the headlines with five straight wins on the LPGA Tour (the third woman in history to achieve such a feat), then making it six in seven.
Korda won both foursomes matches with fairway-finding Allisen Corpuz in 2023, with Corpuz taking half a point in her other four-balls match, and the 2023 Women's US Open winner may offer more value at 18/1 if paired with Korda once more.
Lilia Vu, who was world number one this time 12 months ago, lost all three of her matches across Friday and Saturday while playing with three different partners. A rookie at the 2023 Solheim Cup, the two-time major winner will hope for more success this time around.
From the European side, expect the likes of Charley Hull, Carlota Ciganda and Linn Grant to be flying the flag. A rookie in 2023, Grant won one and lost one of her foursomes matches with fellow Swede Maja Stark, but won both four-balls matches with Ciganda, so don't be surprised to see them paired up again this time around.
Hull had a difficult time in 2023 but remains one of Europe's strongest Solheim Cup players. Boasting an incredible record of 10-3-3 at one point, Hull (now 12-7-3) will be hopeful of playing at least four matches in 2024.
