Judd Trump and Mark Williams have reached the final of the inaugural Saudi Arabia Masters and with a grand prize of £500,000 on offer to the winner, there is plenty to play for in this best-of-19 clash.
The pair met in the recent Shanghai Masters, with Trump running out a 6-2 winner, and now the Welsh Potting Machine will be out for revenge.
Judd Trump -2.5 frames - 4/5
Judd Trump has been the form player in world snooker in this young season, reaching his third final of the campaign already at the Saudi Arabia Masters.
The Ace in the Pack has only lost one of the 15 games he has played, the final of the Xi'an Grand Prix, where he was edged 10-8 by world champion Kyren Wilson.
Before that he had lifted the Shanghai Masters with an 11-5 win over Shaun Murphy, the opponent that he squeezed past in Friday's semi-final.
Trump really has no right to be in this final. He was 4-0 down against Wu Yize in his first match and joked that he was looking for flights home before he overturned the deficit to win 5-4.
The 35-year-old then demolished friend Jack Lisowski 6-1 in the next round before getting the better of Neil Robertson 6-3 and squeezing past Murphy 6-5 to reach this final.
The in-form Trump has shown his ruthless streak and will to win and ability to get the job done throughout this tournament.
He also has a solid recent record against his opponent Williams, winning four of the last six meetings between the pair.
Perhaps the most famous recent head-to-head was their clash in the 2022 World Championship semi-final, which Trump edged 17-16 before losing to Ronnie O'Sullivan in the final.
Williams' form has progressively improved at this tournament. He beat Thepchaiya Un-Nooh 6-5 in his opening game before rattling off wins over Stuart Bingham and Jimmy Robertson with a minimum of fuss.
He faced a tough challenge on paper against Si Jiahui, who had knocked out Ronnie O'Sullivan but managed to beat the youngster 6-3 in the semi-final.
Now Williams faces a real challenge against the in-form player in snooker.
The Welshman has already come up against Trump this season and fell to a 6-2 defeat and this game could be similarly one-sided.
Murphy put up a stern fight against the Ace in the Pack but over this extended format, Trump's class should tell and he can pull away from Williams.
Side with Trump to overcome a 2.5 frame deficit on the handicap at 4/5.
Under 3.5 match centuries - 5/6
Despite playing 32 frames at this year's Saudi Arabia Masters, Williams has made just two centuries in the tournament so far and he may struggle to contribute to the game going over the line of four breaks of 100 or more.
Trump has made five centuries in 36 frames but much of that tally is skewed by the three he made in the 6-1 demolition of Lisowski.
Lisowski is known as an ultra-aggressive player who can leave opportunities open for his rivals to score heavily but the wily Williams is unlikely to be as naive.
If the game is over quickly in Trump's favour, that will also reduce the chances for big breaks and it may be worth siding with under 3.5 match centuries at 5/6.
